Gay male having complete sexual reassignment surgery (castration, vaginoplasty,etc) and breast augmentation -- will present as a man after surgery. Into men with breasts and/or breast implants -- love big nipples and areolas.. Currently on second course of estrogen pellet implants for breast development but will be going on testosterone replacement therapy post surgery. Into lingerie, heels, makeup, nails, leather, tattoos, piercings (and, of course, guys into those things.)
My post-surgery appearance will be that of an FTM with breasts.
