Dear Self,

 I know that most times you feel like you are still 24 but really, you aren't.  Doesn't that little tell-tale hitch you get in your back when you sit too long tell you anything?  So, why would you think that you could move a Kingsized mattress through 3 tiny little doorways all by yourself.  And now you look really silly, don't you?  I'm sure your better half with understand the gesture of moving the bed into a room that actually has heat.  She might laugh at the attempt to do it your self but she'll get it.
